April is always a good month for me. :) I've just returned from visiting my BFF in Austria with my bio kids and I'm exhausted, happy, and ready to work!
I've started writing Transformation (Witches of Breaker's Cove #1) using the outline I developed from following Save the Cat Writes a Novel by Jessica Brody. It has been helpful to have an idea of what I want to write each day.
I'm challenging myself to write 500 words a day. Slow and steady wins this particular author's race. I'm trying to be all about writing for joy, to share my creativity, and to put in the work on my craft without burning myself out or killing myself with anxiety.
Next weekend (April 20th) is my 9th Indiversary! Be on the lookout here and in my newsletter for links to all the sweet book deals I'm planning. Some free, lots of $0.99 deals - on boxed sets! I'm all about the number 9 this year. :)
There is some TV script stuff happening, but it's all a long story without an ending yet, so I'll update you all on that when I know what's going on for sure. Suffice it to say, the news is good. Woot!
Talk at you again soon!
