I have been subbing A LOT since school started at the end of August and my writing has gone by the wayside. I keep thinking I'm going to take a week off and finish SOOH (like this week) but then I end up picking up more jobs.
It's hard to turn down sub jobs (guaranteed income) to work on novels and screenplays (way more fun, but limited or no income - so far!)
That being said, the goal is still end of the year for SOOH. I'll have the cover within the next week and I'm going to put up a pre-order for December 13th release day.
(Yes, that's Taylor Swift's birthday. I know you knew that too. Ha!)
I currently working on the end because I have a tendency to just be like, "And then everything was fine THE END." I'm adding a smidge more depth. LOL
I also cut/changed a supporting character and some of the reasons for why things were happening. I literally wrote on the manuscript - "This would all make a lot more sense if you got rid of Hazel. You can actually do that. You are the author of this book."
I'm still on episode 4 of Undressing, although I'm further along. It's still a doozy and it still makes my head hurt. The network has not given us any sort of deadline so I'm dragging my heels on this. Deadlines=motivation!
Now ya know, now ya know!
