Now that The Retroact Saga and the Open Door Love Story series are reformatted and recovered, I can get back to writing!
In the last few days I've finished the pilot episode of and pitch for "Acting One" the TV series based on Crossing. Next up, the show bible!
I've outlined a non-fiction book in Scrivener tentatively titled Successful Elementary School Fundraisers: How to raise money without selling cookie dough or your soul. I plan on dictating the first draft of this when I figure out how to use my Dragon software.
And my voice recorder.
It's a process. Lol
On the fiction front, I've been reading in and dreaming about two different series in two different genres. I'm going to write a lunch lady cozy mystery series and the witchy urban fantasy series I've mentioned before beginning this summer. Probably not at the same time, but maybe because I'm just gonna do what I feel like doing when I feel like doing it. Ha! Every day, though. Every day.
One kind of bummer thing that happened was that Amazon decided to end Kindle Worlds. So, two of my stories aren't available anymore. I plan on taking the character names and settings out of the stories from their respective Kindle Worlds and rewriting them so I can publish them on my own. They're good stories, but kind of random without the world they're attached to. I'll just have to see what I can do!
That's all I've got going on in June (besides a million non-writing related things).
Catch up with you next month,
